This course provides entry-level employees with the skills and knowledge of front office operations. Front Office Receptionists are usually the first and last hotel staff to handle guests. Hotels normally depend on them to make a favourable first impression; and a memorable parting impression. Thus, it will enhance overall guest accommodation experience.


  • Passion to work in the hospitality industry
  • Able to speak, write and read in basic English language
  • 18 years old and above
  • All applicants are required to go through an interview process to assess their suitability to work in hospitality industry


Upon successful completion of program and competent in all assessments, the participant will be awarded with WiSC – Workforce International Skills Certification, Singapore issued by WISC Corporation.


  • Two (2) months
  • Weekdays (Monday to Friday)
  • 8 hours per day

Course Fee : USD 700 (Seven hundred dollars) or  VND 16,200.000 (Instalment payment plan is available)
