Anderson’s expertise is in the area of Business-Training Consulting. This includes the development of Enterprise-wide Training Plans, organisation accreditation for WDA Approved Training Organisation, Curriculum Development (OJT and WSQ), as well as the revamping of their Human Resources Development (Strategic) system.
